GUARANTEE:
Your satisfaction is important to us.All clubs are guaranteed against
defects in workmanship and materials (except for misuse) for one year. Please call or email us for return
information. In these cases, the club will be repaired free of
charge but there will be an $8 return domestic shipping charge and $34
return non-domestic shipping charge for 1 club.
- All of our non-custom** clubs carry a 30-day, satisfaction
guarantee. If not satisfied with the club, call or email us for return
information. Cost of the club (less 10%*) will be refunded
providing club has not been hit or damaged. In most cases shipping
charges will not be refunded. If club has been used, there will be
a *20% restocking and use fee charged providing club is in excellent condition (this
will be determined by us). This fee is waived if return is due to our error (and
club has not been hit) or there is a defect in materials.
**Custom
made clubs do not carry the 30-day return, satisfaction guarantee
if they have been altered by either: non-standard
length, changing loft or lie, or non-standard swing weight. In addition, there will
be no refunds for specialty grips such as Winn Grips, Arthritic grips, Jumbo grips, or
leather grips. Custom clubs still carry the one year guarantee
(except for misuse) against defects in workmanship and materials .
We recommend and use only Top-Rated graphite
and steel shafts which carry a 1 year free replacement
guarantee. Any broken shaft which we have installed will be replaced free
except for a small labor and domestic shipping charge of $20.

Low cost domestic shipping. Within continental U.S.: only $8.50 per
shipment plus $2.00 for each club, shipped by ground UPS or Priority Mail, ASAP.
Clubs are shipped by Priority Mail or grd. UPS unless otherwise instructed. For
guaranteed 2/3-day or 1-day shipping rates, please call.
- International Shipping is usually handled by the Global Express
Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. This method to Australia, Asia,
Europe, or New Zealand takes about 4-6 business days and costs about 1/2 of the UPS or
Federal Express costs. You will be charged the actual shipping/insurance costs
plus 7% of order total to cover our added credit card fees and customs paper work.
Typically 1 club ships for about $34 and 10 clubs for about $80.
