- 5040 Series wedges have a 50mm leading edge to trailing edge radius 40deg bevel.
- Feature the popular "pre-worn" sole to allow for shots played from a wide variety of lie conditions with either square or open faces.
- The Investment Forged process offers both the precision of investment casting with the final forging in a hydraulic press compacting the 8620 carbon steel to align the grain structure and eliminate voids.
- Then the face is skim milled to ensure flatness and score line are CNC milled for accuracy.
- Tour Design "Rust Face" option go through an extra blasting step to remove the chrome form the score line area allowing the face to rust for extra "bite". Very popular with the pros.
